REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to accommodation, venue and instructor commitments all payments are subject to the following cancellation terms.
- Deposit payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations more than 20 days prior to retreat commencement may transfer payments to another participant approved by Amanda and will receive a refund only if the participants place can be filled
- Cancellations within 20 days of the retreat are non-refundable
- If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, all monies will be refunded in full if not rescheduled
- If you feel the need for travel insurance participants are encouraged to obtain their own.
