REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to accommodation, venue and instructor commitments all payments are subject to the following cancellation terms.

Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations more than 20 days prior to retreat commencement may transfer payments to another participant approved by Amanda and will receive a refund only if the participants place can be filled

Cancellations within 20 days of the retreat are non-refundable

If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, all monies will be refunded in full if not rescheduled

If you feel the need for travel insurance participants are encouraged to obtain their own.
